MCPCBs

We present MCPB (metal core printed circuit board) which includes a metal base, di electric layer, copper circuit layer, IC components and a solder mask. MCPCB's are heavily used these days than traditional FR4 or CEM3 PCBs for their competence to dissipate away the heat from the components. It is primarily used in LEDs to remove the heat from all topical IC's.
This metal board also comprises a metal foil, metal substrate and an insulating layer of thermoplastic resin. This circuit board also offers holes whose interior is lined with a resin that has united fusing to the resin in the insulating layer that control the temperature by pressure. Its thermoplastic resin has been made up with a polyetherimide engineering plastic. Hence ,this equipment is good for temperature control.
